基于对大量生物分子以前所未有的纯度(超纯)进行纯化,Rausch先生创立了Biopure的主营业务。他为Biopure公司在蛋白质纯化、生物解毒、蛋白质溶液脱氧相关流程的研究、分离工程与制造方面获得了独特的能力。该项技术将中空纤维膜和膜透析技术用于生物流体无菌处理、特种蛋白质化学反应和粒度分级,创造出一种基于纯化血红蛋白的新型生物化合物。

MTAⅡ目前正在美国建造一个血红蛋白供氧剂的制造工厂。MTAⅡ还与润方生物签订了协议,并与一家新成立的俄罗斯公司签署了意向书,以协助这些公司建立血红蛋白供氧剂制造基地,并获得使用血红蛋白供氧剂技术、打造制造基地的相关批准,以扩大产品在中国、香港、俄罗斯和新加坡等地区的制造和市场推广。
