This product is intended for detection of SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid in nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swabs from patients who meet COVID-19 clinical and/or epidemiological criteria.
| Storage and Validity | 1.The kit should be stored at -25°C ~ -15°C with protection from light. The validity period is 6 months(tentatively). 2.Avoid repeated freeze and thaw. Store the opened kit at -25°C~-15°C with protection from light and the validity period is 1 month. |
| Specimen Requirement | 1. Specimen type: Nasopharyngeal swabs and/or Oropharyngeal swabs 2. Storage:Testing should be carried out immediately after specimens are collected.Avoid storing specimens at 2 - 8°C more than 72h. If there is a delay on specimens processing,store them at -70°C or below. The extracted nucleic acid should be stored at -70°C or below. |

SEE CE CERTIFICATE SEE BROCHUREThe SARS-CoV-2 IgG/IgM Antibody Test Strip is intended to be used for the qualitative detection of SARS-CoV-2 IgG and IgM in human serum or plasma samples. It is suitable for the auxiliary diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 infections.
After initial infection with SARS-CoV-2, human immune system arises immune defence against the virus and produce specific antibodies. IgM and IgG antibodies are produced successively in 1-2 weeks after infection. Compared to nucleic acid detection, the SARS-CoV-2 IgG/IgM antibody test is more convenient in sampling process, which contributes to fast and mass test and becomes a competent compliment to nucleic acid detection. It is of significant importance for controlling the large-scale spread of SARS-CoV-2.

Accdrding to different sampling requirements, swab shall be used for sampling at coresponding parts.
Place the swab after sampling into the sterile sampling tube quickly.
Break the part of swab higher than the sampling tube.
Tighten the tube cover and mark the corresponding infomation on the label of sampling tube.
Collection and transport of specimens of clinical flu, avian flu, HFMD viruses and mycoplasma, ureaplasma, and chlamydia.
| Specimen Requirements | Deliver the specimens to the laboratory 1-2 working days after collection. Store specimens at 2-8°C for up to 48 hours after collection. If a delay in testing or shipping is expected, store specimens at -70°C or below and make sure the specimens are delivered to the laboratory within 1 week. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. |
